Thanks to everyone that posted to my thread. It convinced my husband and step son to speak with our family lawyer. He has an appointment this afternoon.
These are the questions that we have thought of so far for step son to ask. Can anyone think of anything else?
If a DNA test should be done, even though he signed AOP and birth certificate? Really would hate to find out now or even later that she is not step sons.
He is going to ask for 50/50
What child support will be set at since he is paying all child care?
He is asking to at least get to claim her every other year on his taxes.
Are there any other questions that any one can think of that he needs to ask?

Btw, he did get to claim her this year and gave her half the money.
