What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Nj

I have learned that for as much as I am here I can not work this websight ie: I can not figure out how to link my past posts to this email.

So those who are familiar with Sipa and Sipabro's posts I just wanted to update you.

The final proposal was sent to DH Ex in reference to her move.

It was received back yesterday countered with somethings such as, she refuses to pay for transportation even after DH has offered to travel 100 miles to meet her she wants this in halfs.

She refuses to supply 3 years of tax returns to determine child support, she refuses a contination of the matter until she is settled and can provide her first three pay stubs stating it is none of DH business what she is making it or has made in the past as that money is hers and hers alone and a reward for her superior education.

She refuses to rotate tax deductions.

And she still wants extra money for food, personal hygiene items, and toiletries over and above child support.

Things like this...
The cover letter states that if we do not agree to her demands she will leave 5/30 and leave both girls behind in NJ, including SD1 who has issues about being at our home. SD1 is already raging about DH not agreeing, he told her again it would not be discussed it is adult business.

So I guess as of 5/30 it will be a full house at my residence.

Pray for these kids please!!

Just wanted to keep you guys in the l

I am sorry, but as I told you before I think its really silly to even be attempting to deal with the child support issues at this point. Dad SHOULD be waiting until she has been working a couple of months in the new job before attempting to recalculate child support.

Tax deductions also have nothing to do with mom's move.

Your husband should really be focusing on the move and those things effected by the move. The rest can be handled separately.

I agree. I think it's very likely that since Dad is not fighting the relocation at all, that transportation will be split. Yes, it's normally the relocating parent who is responsible for transportation, but I think in a case where Dad clearly doesn't WANT primary custody, that's not a bone the judge is gonna throw his way.

I think it's INSANE to try and predict child support at a future date based on possible future earnings. Especially considering how little a CS obligation changes when income increases/decreases. Dad can file for a Mod when Mom is established at her new position. How hard is that?

The hygeine items thing is ridiculous on Mom's part, but perhaps if Dad wasn't being such an azz about CS, she wouldn't be either.

Dad doesn't have an attorney, does he?

Yes DH has an attorney and attorney offered and states in paperwork that DH attorney and ex can deal with childsupport down the road when she can supply income information. Ex doesn't want to do that. She doesn't want to supply anything at this point going backwards either.

But she wants child support upon her departure if she takes the kids. ????

Currently there is a past due child support that she is behind on for over a grand that DH and attorney have never even sought.

The attorney will deal with the issues I just want to keep you guys there as I have conversed as has he about this with you all and sought support.

The agreement is complete I thank each and every one of you for your good, bad and ugly suggestions, comments and butt smacks. Hubby thanks you too.

The court documentation is pretty detail which now outlines what BOTH parents must do which is a far cry from what was out there the last time causing all sorts of issues on both sides:

It includes:

A detailed visitation schedule

Transportation requirements, types, times and dates..and responsibity of all.

A Holiday schedule (this is a first in the last 7 years)

A detailed medical insurance schedule

Designated forms of communications

A day care split by income

A medical co pay by income

Child support continuance

Tax deduction information

For the first time both Mom and Dad no what is their responsiblity and what is not, so perhaps the bickering will stop and the two of them will stop placing their innocent children in the middle.

For this I am grateful, although I think the damage is long done to the kids, they are still young and may have a chance to have a happy childhood with out turmoil ever single week during exchanges.

Thank you all sooo much
