Update

Well, we spoke to our attorney today. He said that we do not have to send her a notice to move. Since she has already agreed, all we need to do is supply him (our attorney) with the new visitation agreement, (pay him $600) he will write it up, call her in to sign it, and present it to a judge.

It's just kind of odd that he told us that we did not have to send it to her. Kind of scary because it goes against what I thought.

So anyway, we may do it anyway. He said we *could* if we wanted to, but it's not neccesary.

So, once we accept this position out of state; we'll go from there. Will keep you all updated.

Oh yes, absolutely. The only twist to my situation is that the bm is known for backing out of deals at the last minute. So I keep my fingers crossed that she will actually act like an adult and cooperate without causing a big ruckuss.
