Can someone explain to me how I'm trespassing by mowing the lawn, but the neighborhood kids and dogs crapping up the lot are not. Just trying to wrap my head around that. And thanks to everyone who answered, I appreciate the comments and advice. Sorry about the repeat posts.

You all are trespassing but for some reason you apparently believe you have a right to trespass while others do not. Your problem is since you don't own the property you can't control who goes onto the property just as the other trespassers have no right to prohibit your entry.
