We have made a web site using Flash. In this site I used a part of a song (under two minutes not the whole song) from the Soundtrack to the Motion Picture "The Matrix". At the end of the Flash movie on the web site that plays this song, I give credit to the source (song title, CD title, Band title ect.) This site is used to promote our ISP service, so it is a comercial site.

Is this legal to use with out getting permission or paying royalties?
