Using 2011 tax return instead of last pay stub to calculate income

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? VA

Here's my thing: NCP works two P/T gigs but only reports the lower one on his financials to DCSE.

At what point will he be required, or can I request, that he provide 2011 tax info to report his income and not just a pay stub from one job?

I've left some messages for my case worker, but it's been quite a few weeks and still no response.

I tried searching past entries, but I'm not seeing what I need.

(The new site is purty, BTW)

Thanks in advance.

Keep trying to contack them. If the second job is on the books then CSEU should catch it , otherwise a modification petition with the court might require income taxes be submitted.

Right, not giving up...

However, if the second employment was reported (New hire reporting Center), wouldn't they have already requested a review since it would be a 20% change in income?

Or do you think they assume the new hire is 'instead of' and not 'in addition to' the other job?
