What is the name of your state? OH
I see many programs for sale that search Google, Yahoo, or other online search engines, and find your ranking on the search engines. So, part of their program is to search Google, get the source code, parse it out, and display some result back to the user.
So, I've created a solution that does a similar thing, but with address validation. You can enter an address into my program, click a button, and it will correct the address if it is wrong. However, in the background, I am using Google's search results to do this. (which the user may be unaware).
So, my questions is can Google do anything about this? Is this illegal because I am using the results from Google's website?
I have not attempted to sell this program yet....but I would like to soon.
