since my marriage 7 mos. ago i have not legally changed my name on my checking account.my husband ,who leaves for weeks at a time, now tells me im breaking the law.i also have a notary license in my maiden name,am i really doing anything wrong? please help, i live in pennsylvania. thanks

There is no law that states you have to change your name. Your spouse is telling you a tale.
