Hi!
Got a question!
On Friday Nov 19th we were given our weekly paychecks... (The rule is not to cash them before 2pm.) We were told at 2pm that the checks were no good and to wait until further notice from the corporate office due to no funds in the payroll account. At the end of the day on Friday Nov 19th, we were instructed to wait until Monday Nov 22nd.

On Monday Nov 22nd, we were told to NOT cash any paychecks due to no funds... On Tuesday Nov 23rd, we were all given the OK to cash the paychecks by the corporate office. All paychecks were honored by the bank.

Today, Friday Nov 26th, I was given my paycheck. Within 5 minutes, I was told to give the check back because there was no funds in the payroll account. No paychecks were given to anyone at the company..We were all told that we would have to wait until Monday.

What should we do??? I tried to find info at US Dept of Labor about this issue but it was too confusing. This is a small company, about 10 employees... We all can not work for free... :( :( :( :(

Thanks for your time!
