What is the name of your state? Florida
I know is some states you can vacate judgments. I have a paid in full judgment from a credit card. Can I go to the court house, file papers, and have this judgment vacated so it won't appear on my credit report any more?

You will not be able to remove the judgment from your credit report. First, this information will stay on the record for about 7 years. Second, the information is correct so the agency does not have to remove it. Finally, I would ask your creditor to contact the agency and try to remove it- that's the only way that I know to help you.

*** That is only applicable where you challenge the issuance of the judgment.

*** Yes.... and no.
Send the judgment creditor a polite and professional letter (certified RRR) requesting that they send you a signed 'Satisfaction of Judgment' form. Include copies of your receipts showing payment in full. Give them a reasonable time to respond. If they don't, then go to the issuing court, show them your evidence of payment and they can issue a 'court issued' satisfaction of judgment. Once all this is done and you have the form in hand, send a copy to the CRA (Credit Reporting Agency) and ask them to investigate and 'correct' your report (as provided by the FCRA - Fair Credit Reporting Act). They cannot remove the judgment from your history, but will note that it has been paid.
