As the NCP, I have a weeks vacation scheduled with my two children that runs out on a Saturday afternoon. This happens to fall on my regular weekend visitation schedule. Can I keep them until I normally have to return them on Sunday evening during my regular weekend visitation?

Yes you should be able to do that. I would reccomend that you let your ex know of this to avoid any confusion as to the drop off date.

Stealth2 this is what the PSA says:
The parties agree that they shall either alternate or share parenting time with the children during holidays and school vacation, at times agreed upon between the parties. The Husband shall be entitled to custody of the children on his birthday and each and every Father's Day, while the Wife shall be entitled to custody of the children on her birthday and each and every Mother's Day. Additionally, both parties shall be entitled to two (2) non-consecutive weeks of vacation time each year upon one (1) month's notice to the other parent with the understanding that the vacationing parent shall advise the other parent of the full vacation itinerary including the name, address and phone number of where they will be staying during vacation. All holiday and extended parenting shall take precedence over regularly scheduled custody/parenting time.

Since I only get two weeks of vacation a year and the kids are still to young to stay by themselves while I work I've only taken my two weeks vacation, holidays when I'm off, my weekends and midweek visitations with them until now.

My last post was a little vague. When I said I only get two weeks vacation a year I meant from my job.

Generally summer visitation trumps "regular" visitation, so I somehow doubt you have a "regular" weekend on the heels of your vacation time. You end up with two weeks (with two weekends included).
