arizona. have a sourse i have been buying and reselling product from now my employer wants that souce revealed. i gave my source my guarentee he would not be revealed. what rights do i have to protect this source and is this concidered a verbal contract and can i be forced to expose him and if i did not what could happen. very confused.

Simply, you can either refuse to reveal your 'source' and probably lose your job. Or, you can violate your agreement with the 'source' and lose that source.

You decide which side you want to be on.

And as I answered your earlier post on this same subject, unless your employer has a court order to force you to reveal your source (or you have a contract requiring the information) you do NOT have to release the information.
