What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Pa

Had a verizon tech come out to the apartment to install my internet. he downloaded something to my computer and now its not working. All I get from Verizon is run around. What should I do next?

First you'd need to know whether the alleged damage is software related ,or hardware related .

You do not give enough details.

There are plenty of PC forums on the Internet to ask questions , worldstart being one of them .
