What is the name of your state?GA

I need to find a college or institution that accepts F1 students AND that also has reasonable fees - and possibly a flexible payment options.
Any state - ANY program - I just need to get back in status - but at a cheap cost as possible.

So please let me know if anyone know of any such programs or places to go to. Very anxious to know..

You should first start by checking the local colleges in your area. Almost all colleges have payment plans and or options. Contact the admissions departments and speak with the person in charge of foreign / international students.
