What is the name of your state? Indiana If our mortgage company reinstated our loan once it has been foreclosed on and we are now making our payments then is that it? The mortgage company filed a motion to drop the foreclosure but the papers we got stated that the motion was denied (by th judge I'm assuming). What does that mean? If we are making our payments and things are fine with the mortgage company is there anything the courts can do to take our home?

**A: what motion was denied? You need to be more specific as we can't read your mind.

I believe the motion, is a motion to dismiss. Is this correct?

The motion that was denied was a motion filed by the Mortgage Companies attorney: "motion to set aside and vacate judgement". I'm sorry if I wasn't clear.
