Very confusing

What is the name of your state? Fl and GA
One of my friends kids has him self in quit a mess. Him and this girl had a child 4 years ago at the time they both resided her in Florida and child support was established here. The girl takes off and he located her last year in Bulloch,GA. He filled for visitation and recieved everyother weekend he has to drive up to GA and get a room because he has to return the child home nightly and pick her up again the next morning. He does this for six months and he gets the child for 6 months then the mother has visitiation everyother weekend. Well the mother in June refuses to release the child and filled a civil suite in GA for child support for 2 years of arrears before child support was ordered. But he pays child support here for the Fl. order and $30 a month goes to arrears because they went back 2 years. I cannot find a family law form online for him to file a motion for contempt in GA. And wouldn't Fl have juristiction over the support order the girl never transfered the case?He did have a attorney but the said she removed herself from the case after visitation was established.

Yes, as long as your friend still lives in FL, FL retains jurisdiction over the CS case. Your friend can get cerified copies of the FL order and file them with an answer contesting the GA filing for CS.
