What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? CA

I am a mother of three kids whom has been discriminated against due to my persona on the internet and things I have been illegally used for without my permission. The sheriff's department refused to file a report or investigate a male stalking and harrassing me. My neighbors are taunting and illegally eavesdropping on us. I do not work for these people but being stalked, heckled and mentally abused by them. I have abused for years and have had my life threatens by people strangers on and offline for years. How do I go about filing a law suit against the Sheriffs departments of LA and Kern County along with the DA? I never had an affair with any of these people and willing to tell the truth on the stand. I was told by a lawyers office to sue the Sheriffs department. But being a welfare mother I cannot get the money to get an attorney. Where can I find JUstice?

the sherrif department isn't the one stalking you. you have to proof you are in harm's way and are being harrassed.

You should sue the attorney for legal malpractice. The Sheriff and DA are in no way liable and there is a Supreme Court Case on point from Colorado.
