Details are the neighbors stalk, video or whatever term you wish when our family is in the 'privacy' of our yard. In the past they have cut down our trees, threatened us with violence and pulled out the survey stakes. The police said he would have em pulled out too-too close to the driveway.
Helpful I know.
In PA audio is not allowed to be recorded but is video recording from private property not the road(public) permited? thanks

Keep a special note book handy to note the date and time police are called and WHY each and every time. ( log book) When you find property damage and call police to report it also take pics. It may sound childish BUT first learn if any local ords address video recording of your property. if you video record your property too ( just dont over shoot so your video coverage does not go too far over your property line ) If you ever capture video of them damaging your property again call the police and keep a copy of the vid for your own records.
