my ex husband is re married. he does not have room for my children at his house. so one night he takes the kids to his parents and leaves them there. the next night he keeps them with him. can i stop him from leaving them and make them stay home with me. the court order states that he only has them on saturdays any way. could his parents take me to court to keep them one night?? please help before i have to contact a lawyer... i live in connecticut

grands see the kids when the ncp has visits.period
and you didnt say much about the saturday visit,is it overnite or what?THOSE PAPERS CAUSE MORE PROBLEMS
and it would be him to take you to court,not the grands
