I live in Maine and would like to know if I put in a visitation order that my children are not to be near my brother and his girlfriend can she lose her job as a Certified Nurses Aide?She claims that she was suspended from her job because her name is listed in a court visitation order.However there is no criminal record against her from me.Also what can i do about her and my brother threatening me and my family because they want me to remove her name and i won't.I have a tape recording of a message my brother left my mom on her voice mail can i play that for the judge to show why i do not want them around the children?Please help me I am starting to fear that they are becoming very obsessed and psychotic about this.
