What is the name of your state?AZ

Okay here is the situation in October my fiance was granted primary residential and mom had supervised EOW. Maternal gma was appointed supervisor. Since that date there have been four scheduled visitation times. Mom got the first one things went well then for the second one supervisor refused to supervise b/c mom was treating her VERY badly (long story details don't seem important at this time) then the third visit was for Thanksgiving p/u was wed night all went well until friday evening (right as court closed for weekend this i'm sure was a coincidence  ) Another long story but mom kicked out supervisor police were involved oven was left on etc. anyway so then fourth visitation did not happen but before it was to happen anyway Gma filed to be removed as supervisor. Mom has not filed a thing, neither has dad but he doesn't know what he could file anyway so the Court sends a Minute Entry yesterday saying they have received communication from supervisor and sets a hearing for next week for "visitation review" anyone know what dad should expect this is all on the Courts own actions b/c gma did not ask for a hearing nor is she even ordered to attend. Anyone ever been through this? Any advice greatly appreciated. Dad gets to appear telephonically.

Well, even though grandma didn't file for a hearing she filed to be removed and by doing so they have to review visitation. They will look into what has happened to cause grandma to remove herself. I'm curious to know why grandma isn't ordered to appear also. I know the story, has bio gotten the kids since Thanksgiving and did she take her required tests? I would fax copies of the police report to the court so that they see those. More then likely they will appoint another supervisor or even cuz supervised to say on Saturday's during the day only and possibly have dad supervise. What is the distance between parents? It could be in either home.

Mom has not seen the child since the Friday after Thanksgiving the supervisors took the child for the remainder of the weekend. Mom has not showed up for a test since 11-29 which was negative but shes suppose to test once a week. We have the one police report now we hear the DV bf is back living with mom she hasn't even called to speak witht he child in over a week. We are 200 miles apart. Mom has suggested to dad three other supervisors #1 is in a wheel chair and is in and out of the mental hospital #2 is so ill that she has a live in nurse and #3 lives in our town. Do you think the judge will force dad to hand his child over to a supervisor he does not know? He has never met #1 or #2 he has met #3 but hasn't had contact in three years and would first like to get re-aquainted. Dad was going to propose EO Sunday with Dad as supervisor at the park next to the police station in her town. Or alter one sunday of the month we go there one sunday of the month she comes here and we would do it at a park near a police station. Its not that we mind her being in the house during the day but NOT overnight and none of his family will agree to her staying there unless they can have proof she is clean even still no one trusts her to be in their home at night. We were also wondering why gma wasn't ordered to appear since her statement was very vague " Due to incidents that occurred over CHILDS NAME five day visitation over thanksgiving weekend we no longer feel we can be responsible for this duty. MOMS NAME has made it clear that she wants nothing to do with myself (gma) her bother (sustitute supervisor) or his gf (another sub supervisor). She has lied to DADS NAME and everyone involved." But who knows I just though it was weird that the judge would either #1 be SOOOOO concerned that a drug addict see her child (when it was first filed he was not concerened enough to get us a hearing for 2 3/4 months) or #2 wants to light up moms rear? I am at a loss and don't know what to expect I feel this could backfire (due to previous experience wtih this Court) even though there was nothing dad could do to change the situation that would still keep the child safe.
