My ex has only seen our daughter 3 times in the last five years and has only had her overnight once. He is living with a much older woman and she has two teen age (15/18) boys. THEY ARE NOT MARRIED. I have been told that in the State of Mississippi that this is against the law. Our child is only five. Could someone please help!!!!!!!!!
There are also alot of other circumstances that go along with this. He is constantly threatening me etc......

I do not think it is against the law to live with someone :)

Protect yourself with proper court orders for custody/visitation and child support.
