Well, here it is, another visitation weekend. The last 3 times my husband has gone to pick up his kids for visitation, his ex sends her new husband outside to talk to him. Last time, he threatened to "kick his ass" to which husband had to refrain from responding to with a lead pipe. Honestly, they are so ridiculous. Both the ex and her new husband start this stuff all in front of the kids and I have watched my husband literally bite a hole in his tongue to keep from saying something he doesn't want his kids to hear him say. I have called every law enforcement official I can think of and the only thing they tell me is that we can document everything and take it back to court. Please tell me what we would be taking to court......are these charges of harassment, is it pertaining to visitation? I'm not sure exactly what the plan should be. I just know I'm really sick of these people doing whatever they want, whenever they want, and not being held accountable to anyone.

Has DAD called from the pick-up point to ask the cops to come out and take a report?

Has dad considered bringing a neutral party (not you) with him for the exchanges to have a witness? Then dad can consider filing a restraining order on the exes husband.

My ex always used the camcorder when exchanges occured with his ex. It ususally kept things to a minimum.

As said earlier a police escort is a great back up.
