I got a civil summons in the mail from my childs father about her spending the weekend at his house. He hasn't seen her in 6yrs and doesn't know her birth date or how to spell her name. She doesn't want anything to do with him but yet he is going to try and make her see him. He does pay child support every now and then. Will the court make her spend nights at his house? She is 12yrs old. Will she be able to have a say in the matter? Will she have to see him at all if she doesn't want to? I am in North Carolina[Shelby].
