i have two questions the first is can my husbands ex wife raise his child support due to my rental property income the rental property is in my name only?

the second question is when we get our summer visitation which is 30 consecutive days or 2, 2 week periods do we still get our 1st 3rd and 5th weekends and wednesday from 6 til 8

we live in texas

1. NO, your income is seperate from his. the child is not yours, so Mom can't touch your income.

2. Depends on what is written in the father's agreement. If it specifically states that He continue the mid-week visits and weekend visits, then yes he does. But also the Mom keeps her 2nd & 4th weekend visits as well. So, with that, I assume that No he does not get the regular weekend visits, etc.

If there is confusion about what the court papers state, then he needs to go back to mediation and get things straightened out. Consistency and less confusion for all involved is necessary to establish a normal routine for the child.
