my ex-wife and i were divorced 7 years ago. this was in fl. we have 3 children which she has primary custody. we got back together for about 6 years but never remarried. she has now left again and moved 220 miles away in south fl. she told her attorney she would move back to this area after the child support went into effect thru the courts. i am already paying her $2200 a month. she is living with her mother and has decided not to move back to this area. is there anything i can do to make her move back to this area. it makes seeing my children very difficult. she does not work and she homeschools the children at the present time. my children and i are very close and this is hard on all of us. thier ages are 5,7 and 10. i feel she is doing this on purpose to keep the children and i apart. i told her i wanted more visitation and she said i would have to take her to court and that i would have to pay for everything. is there anything i can do?

Yes, you take her to court. You should not have to pay for everything, only your own attorney.
