SSA , and the Vocational specialist ,will look at your work history , and decide what limited or sedentary jobs are available to you in the united State Of America , and decide what best of those jobs you could preform , to rehab you for gainful employment in the future .
Vocational rehab. may give you a choice , of what you can do , or be trained to do in your area .
You can google SSA limited and sedentary work , and find something to guide you .
