Voting Preferences and classes of stock for LLC

Hey all I was curious to understand a bit more about LLC's and LP in respect to voting preferences. My question is, can LLC's be structured like a C corp where the units are assigned voting preferences like a C corp can do with stock? Also are there classes of units that can be set up like a C corp can do with common and preferred stock?

Essentially I am interested in how with a 3 member LLC can one individual control the company without particularly making it manager managed. Is there a way to make it member managed but the control still can rest with one individual?
