I live in california and work for a video company as a shift leader. I have worked there for 3 years an employee that jus got hired for another store at the same position as me is making $0.45 more then i am is this legal? :confused: :mad: :(

Yes, it's legal. There are no laws that say all employees have to be paid the same even if they are doing the same job.

As long as the pay difference is not based on discrimination.
