My wife and i live in Illinois. She is from Germany. We have been married two years , and have gone though all the proper procedures. We had an interview in July,2000.The interviewed said everything was fine , but he couldn't grant my wife a green crd because of a missing file. Should we be concerned, or just wait? Also, how long may we have to wait? We have done the process areself without a layer and everything has gone smoothly until now.Yjanks for any suggestions.

All I can suggest is that you continue to haress the office. Missing files can delay application for months. Providing her Work Authorisation is current then nothing major to worry about. You could also write to your congress person and ask them to help..
