You do nothing. NOthing was done to you. You were not accused of stealing. You were not held. You were not arrested. You were not charged. you were asked if you could be helped. Someone saw you put something in your pocket. This is not a civil rights violation.

Its called "customer service" and its exactly what should have been done. You were not charged, detained or questioned. You have no damages. The fact you wer eplacing something in your pocket alone was enough to cause an alert. Your being seen in store often is another alert sign, yes I know your wife works there. Not everyone may be aware your wife works there or your married to a staff member.
