I am a property owner...I own the fence and wall on my property. Can a neighbor claim part ownership?

It all pertains to her leaving food on top of the wall to feed the cats in the neighborhood. We've asked her nicely to stop because it is leaving a mess, food is dropping down on our patio, all the cats are hanging out in our backyard, using our yard as a litter box, and at night it's bringing raccoons around. So, somehow she thinks since the wall and fence exists, she's part owner.

Have an attorney send her a Cease and Desist letter. She should be made aware that and trespass and resulting damage including, but not limited to, clean up from cats and rodents, will be billed to her. If she doesn't pay said bill a Civil Suit will be filed.

Make sure you have a security camera directed at the area she is placing the food. And save the footage.

That is what I would do.

Excellent...thank you so much for your guidance!
You're Welcome!! Please let me know if it works out for you....
Honestly I feed/water a couple of stray kittens ad their Mom...Although it's on my balcony, they don't cause damage and no vermin come by to eat. ;)

Listen, we are animal lovers, we have no problem with the cats hanging out...I love them. But she has her own backyard to feed them...there's no reason to place food on the wall. When it rains, it becomes mush and a huge mess. Again, thank you!!:)
