I started at home depot just 2 weeks ago, due to some reasons. I requested a changed schedule, that has been approved. but they said new people cannot request schedule change before 3 months. so they are going to change my schedule back to hat i given them during interview. I want to work at HD with huge interest. but for that i can work only if they can accept the changed schedule. what should i do at this time? request them again to keep my schedule as it is approved..or quit and then start all over with new availability?

This is not a legal question, but what makes you so sure they'd re-hire you if you quit? If I were a hiring manager, your application would go in the shredder if you pulled a stunt like this just to get a different schedule.
