What is the name of your state? Oregon Do all warrants go in the computer systems NCIC or just felonies?

It is people, not warrants, that the National Crime Information Center is concerned with. Felony or misdemeanor warrants of certain people will be found on the computer. If you have made their list, they have all of your warrants.

NCIC Warrants

Misdemeanor warrants are often entered into NCIC when there is no bond or when the bond amount is at least the same amount of bond has the least serious felony. Often for traffic misdemeanors or other petty offenses. The warrant does not show up.

Misdemeanor bonds are typically high when a person fails to appear in court for such an offense.

But misdemeanor offenses are typically not extraditable from state to state.
