What is the name of your state? TEXAS

Th engine in my car recently overheated and melted. I have a 10 year 100,000 mile warranty. It has only been 4.7 years and 73000 miles. The Kia dealer refused to honor the warranty becaue the cause of the problem was a faulty warning device and a cracked coolant tank which both were out of warranty at 5 years 60000 miles. they said in the warranty it states that if something other than the powertrain cause it to go out they will only cover it if that which caused the problem were still uner warranty. They said they would cover half the cost but i still cant afford half a new engine. Is there anything i can do?
