What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? California

Hi. My HOA caused water damage to my unit when repairing the roof. I requested a mold inspection. After the inspection, they told me there was nothing abnormal but refused to show me the report. I told them that I will hire my own mold inspection company and they need to reimbursement. They refused that too. What should I do? They want me to sign a release form before they will pay for my floor damage. Thanks.

**A: have an attorney review the release form and write a letter demanding the mold inspection report.
