Hello-
I'm trying to get information about my GF current WC Case...She has been on treatment for her Carpul Tunnel issue for over 2 years now and the doctor finally decided it's time for Surgery. (She is scheduled this coming Monday..4/18/2005 approved by WC).
Her company is Laying Off her entire department by End of this month (April-2005) due to outsourcing
.
Questions:
1. Will WC cover her till recovery?
2. With the Layoff, will she be able to collect Un-Employment after recovery?
3. If she is covered, will it extend to a different State since we are planning to move?
4. Do we need to contact the WC department of that state to continue her coverage?
