I don't know if it is legal or not to "tell" them, but your probably pretty safe if you ASK them. :)

What exactly does their ethnic background have to do with anything? I work with a lot of Indians and I consider them to be friends. They are polite and considerate and very nice people and I resent what I infer from your remarks.

If your coworkers are offensive you have the right to ASK them to do something about their body oder

And fire them, order them to take care of the offensive odor or just about anything else they want. This question has already been answered based on employment law.

Alot of indians to work with, good for you. Please keep your personal opinon for your self. I know few indians and they are not good.
