I called off my wedding 1 week before the day. My exfiance says she has the legal right to keep all the shower and wedding gifts.
Does she have this legal right?
If not is there a legal action I can take to get back the gifts? Family and friends keep asking me about getting the gifts back.
Please help.

This is not a "Family Law" question. At best, it is a "Contracts" question.
