Name is John Doe, State is California.

I am a Wedding Photographer with a signed agreement with a client to photograph their wedding in 3 months.

The client has repeatedly questioned my reliability & has repeatedly asked for services well outside of the contract. He has told me repeatedly that he & his wife are "unsure about me". I have much of this in emails & in my last email I recommended, "they hire someone else since they're so unsure & I will give them a 100% refund". He refused & now wants me to "reassure his wife". I've shot pics at a location for them, had 5 conversations with the Groom & 10 emails with the Groom & Bride To Be. I've offered to meet them 2x, both times they were unavailable. I've gone well beyond what a reasonable person would need to feel secure with my services. I have impeccable credentials & references & am member of 2 chambers of commerce with NO complaints.

Our contract stipulates, "The parties agree to cheerful cooperation and communication to ensure the best possible result within the definition of this agreement. The photographer (Me) recommends that CLIENT designate a family member to act as an “event guide” to point out important individuals..."

My question is, Can I terminate the agreement based on the fact that he has; #1 repeatedly insulted my integrity #2 repeatedly asked for freebies even though i said no many times & #3 he still is telling me he is "unsure about me, but doesn't want to terminate our agreement".

There is plenty of time for him to find a replacement. I am very busy with many, many clients & quite frankly I don't have time to hold his hand. I'd rather risk legal action by terminating the agreement now than have to be repeatedly insulted & have this guy suck up all my time.

Thanks In Advance, Really Appreciate It
