What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? INDIANA I WAS INCARSERATED IN OCT 08 TILL JULY 09 WHEN I WENT IN I WAS DISABLED AND ON ALOT OF PAIN MEDICATION FOR CHRONIC PAIN WELL THEY GAVE ME 3 PAIN SHOTS A DAY FOR 20 DAYS THEN CUT ME OFF AND GAVE ME TYLNOL FOR PAIN FOR 40 DAYS THEN STARTED PAIN SHOTS AGAIN 1 A DAY FOR 30 DAYS THEN CUT ME OFF AGAIN FOR ABOUT A MONTH I WAS IN SEVERE PAIN COULD NOT SLEEP MOST OF THE TIME THIS WAS NOTED BY GAURDS 1 OF THE GUARDS TOLD ME THEY WERE WORRIED BECAUSE WHEN I WAS SLEEPING I WOULD BE SHAKING REAL BAD ALSO I WAS DENIED PROGRAMS BECAUSE OF MY DISABILITES AND HAD TO GO TO A HIGHER SECURITY LEVEL BECAUSE OF DISABILITES I WAS DENIED MEDICAL TREATMENT FOR LONG PERIODS OF TIME I INCURED ALOT OF UNEEDED SUFFERING

Simple answer: stay out of jail and you won't have to worry about the treatment you receive (or don't).

More information is needed. Title II of the ADA may apply if you were denied programs becaause of your disabilities. What kind of programs? And why is it you believe your disability played a role?
