What is the name of your state? MI

theoretically, could a group of people sue WBC for emotional distress, pain and suffering, that sort of thing? If you aren't familiar, WBC is that "church" the runs the website titled godhatesfags dot com. They are also the ones showing up with pickett signs that say things like "thank God for dead soldiers" or "thank God for 9/11" at military funerals. I'm a firm believer in freedom of speach, but I also believe that when you cross the line and inflict pain upon others because of your twisted views there should be some sort of legal action that could be taken by those who are offended. Just wondering if there is any recourse.

Check out foxnews if you are not familiar with the group I'm referring to.
