Please don't start multiple threads - it's much easier for people to help you when you keep all of the information together. Add this on to one of your other threads, please. Thanks.

What you need to do, just file your case with the Child Support Department. All NCP parent no matter mom or dad, have to pay when instructed.

ok, and thx for all the help. i am just trying to find out here what can be done. being one who supports all 3 of my kids myself-florida can't seem to get michigan to make dad pay-he's over $20,000 behind. i'm thinking it's unfair of anyone to sit on state assist & expect to keep collecting from anywhere they can when they are old enough & capable of working. does that make any sense?
