Have you contacted the DA yet?

That is where you should start.

If you can get medical proof to back your son's story all the better.

As it is now you are in contempt of court, and he can have charges brought against you.

swthoss: im not in contemp because we went to court and visitation revolked until all the hearing are done the one girl she had so much evidence and she still lost money buys or judges and the people believe me i know that sounds like a bunch of s---- but the truth is short of a video tape of him actually in the act we had everything he even admitted to touching them but he felt not to the degree they did explain that and still walked away clean --
