Does Virginia Recognize two people living together as a common law marriage? And what if the Man dies, what rights does the woman have to his estate?

VA does not recognize CLM. If you are living with someone and they die, you just pull out their will that they left. They have a will right ?

Yes he did draw up a will. But I do not know if he brought it to the lawyers office yet. Thank you for your reply.
