Hi, I was suspended last year for having a different test when we handed them in. The test was already graded and it was teh 2nd time taht i handed it in that the teacher said it was different.
this is in high school.
I went through the appeal process with the school board. and they didn't overturn the ruling.
Then, 2 months later, I asked to see the evidence ( the other students tests) and i found that there was another test that looks just like mine and several tests were missing that page that I supposely forged. (The principal only brought half of the tests during teh appeal hearing)
In the light of things, i have asked the school board for another meeting, but they've been dicking me around, telling me to talk to the principal, and the principal told me to talk to the vice-super and the vice super said to talk to the school's lawyer.
what is your advice? since the princple withheld evidence in the original appeal hearing and lied under oath when he answered that there wan't any tests that look like mine, what can the princpal be charged with?
could he be charged with a criminal case? (pre-jury?)
Also, if I bring a lawsuit on teh principal, how can I do that? is there any restrictions? Because i know that it is harder to sue a public school than say, a store.
thanks!
