Here's the scenario.
Man is on 2 years probation for assault, expired January 2006. In 9/2005, has a temporary OP filed, and repeatedly violates the temp OP, and though not ever arrested, each call to police is filed with Franklin County PA. Petitioner is granted FOP, and learns later that the man is not allowed to own guns because of probation and the FOP.
October 2005-same man receives 3 tickets for poaching deer. the tickets were to be paid to fine collection center. Tickets not paid and they are returned to Franklin County's PA.
November 2005-receives another poaching ticket, does not pay, and they are returned to PA.
December 2005-receives 4 more poaching tickets, does not pay, returned to PA.
These poaching incidents involved illegal tags, illegal possesion of deer, altered tags, all deer shot with gun during bow season.
On 2/15/06 this man is due in court for the first 3 poaching tickets. Is appearing under same judge that gave him the 2 years probation. At that previous appearance, the judge wanted to put him in jail for 6 months, but his attorney argued it down to community service and the 2 years probabtion.
What can he expect in court on Wednesday, with or without an attorney?
