I just moved into a new condo and from the beginning water pressure was and still is a serious problem. The builder is dragging his feet on fixing it and I just discovered that my ceiling is not covered properly. There is light shining through in my attic and I know that it won't be long before water will be coming through.
When we closed I signed a form stating that instead of suing the contractor that we would need to get an arbritrator involved. Is it time and does anyone know how I am to do that. The form that I signed doesn't tell me who they are or how to contact anyone. Any information will be appreciated.
