I can't believe i am going to ask this question. While i was sitting at the light i think I put my hand on dick and slightly masturbated. I didn't even realized i was doing it but there was sedan next to me and i notice it started recording out the window of the rear window which i honestly was confused what was going on and just keep looking at the car. Assuming they actually got me on video having my hand moving, i wasn't doing it hard as like i said i wasn't really thinking about it, and they turn the video over to the cops. How likely will they bother prosecuted me and what is the worse that can happen to me?

I'm always a bit skeptical about posts like yours because of the chance you're posting simply to see the reaction and that the incident you described really didn't happen. After all, you had to know that masturbating in your car while it was sitting at a street light was a stupid thing to do — anyone near your car could potentially see what you were doing. Perhaps the post is real and that's what you wanted — the thrill that others might see you. If so, I recommend you seek some mental health therapy because that sort of thing suggests a problem that, if left untreated, could lead you to some really serious legal troubles down the road.

In any event, exposing your penis in a place that the public can see it is a crime in every state. In California, at a minimum, conviction of indecent exposure could get you to six months in the county jail and/or a fine of up to $1,000 and you end up on the state sex offender's registration list for 10 years. That registration will limit you in all kinds of ways — where you can go, where you can work, etc. Because of that, any kind of sex related offense in this day in age can really screw up your life. And depending on the exact facts, you might be charged with something more serious than simple indecent exposure, which could result in a felony conviction. That could mean a year or more in state prison, and even more severe sex offender registration requirements.

So if you're smart, you'll keep your dick in your pants and your hands off your dick while anywhere in public or where others potentially may see you. If you have problems doing that, then seek the mental health therapy I mentioned before. Don't let this get out of hand and mess up your entire life.

This is real question. Dick never left my pants. I never unzipped my pants. My pants were totally zipped up
