What is the name of your state? Ohio

I don't know if this is the right site but here goes. I have been out of town for about two weeks now and my fiancee said that the sheriff has been to our place 3 times, last Friday,Saturday and today and they said they had some papers for me and I needed to come pick them up at the sheriffs dept. I can't get back till the first of next week. I called my paralegal and she said that it is probably a warrant ( I know not why?) she said they would let my fiancee sign a subpeona and she said I should contact an attorney, which I did here, just free consult, they said if it were a warrant they would be trying to serve non-stop and that if I have a paralegal I should have them take care of the attorney and finding out about this as she has my poa also.
I am a nervous wreck, a lot of things have been happening on the legal end since I started custody preceedings and the county is from the county everything is happening in, not the one I live in. I don't want to go to jail and I have not been able to eat or sleep, ever since I told my paralegal what the attorney said I have not heard anything from her, I called her office, her cell phone and I have e-mailed her non stop. What should I do? Please advise or something, I'm caring for my daughter and grandkids until Sunday night. Thank you for any advice.
